(Symbol: GAGI.PK) announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Regen Acquisition Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Healthcare of Today, Inc. in a stock exchange transaction. On closing of the acquisition, GAGI will become a subsidiary of Healthcare of Today, Inc. (www.healthcareoftoday.com).
I have been looking at the stock since last year and I want to watch how far this thing can go. It has increases about 300% since I got in. what does anyone else think about the level now?
They recycle tires to make vibration pads for washers and dryers. Have distribution with Maytag, wirlpool and Aramana- If they release another product line then they could go to a penny...Thoughts?

On February 5, 2010 the company was audited by Mr. Brian Nguyen, one of the certified auditors with BSI America, Inc. According to Mr. Nguyen, Ingen's management system documentation meets the requirements of the ISO 13485:2003, the MDD 93/42/EEC Annex V (M5), and the CMDR. The internal audits and management review processes are being planned and performed. Based on the objective evidences noted from the areas assessed during this Stage-I audit, it is recommended that Ingen proceed to the final Stage-II audit. There were no outstanding non-conformities to review from previous assessments. No new non-conformities were identified during the assessment.

"The well has undergone a regimen of natural gas flow testing that resulted in a rate of 130 MMCF per day. This would be the anticipated production rate following the imminent tie-in to the pipeline.
The pipeline construction is nearing completion and was subject to a short delay in obtaining a permit to bore under the US 60 State Highway. The Company has been advised that the requisite permit is due shortly and it is anticipated that the gas will be tied into the pipeline in approximately 7 days.
The Company further wishes to report that the results of a gas analysis shows a BTU value of 1,527 and is of excellent quality containing various condensates of value. A contract has been executed with the local buyer and pipeline operator and all factors are now in place to commence commercial gas production shortly. NGPL-Midcont prices yesterday were quoted at $5.35 per MCF."

American Petro-Hunter is just now being discovered. As you can see from teh historical chart, some people have bought in at very low prices. It looks like it trades between .60 - .70 I'd be careful with bids.
What's the upside potential for this stock though? Everyone, well, most companies have something interesting but usually the mgmt is crap. IDK, I wish I had my own company. Until then, I'm gonna be a HATER!
